Krystal, to you and your family I offer heartfelt condolences. I worked at the Department of Revenue for many years and spoke often with Steve. Since I was up in Gvl/Sptbg, those were mainly telephone chats, but I tried to always stop by to see him when I was in the big house in Columbia. Steve was always helpful, kind, and a pleasure to talk with. I enjoyed even more getting to see him away from the office, at Santee, or wherever, when he was more relaxed. A great guy - I'll miss him. God bless and strengthen you. Joe Williams
