Jessica Marie Gilleland, 36, completed her journey at Conway Hospital on May 30, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born April 4, 1981 in Buffalo, New York to Anthony Joseph and Deborah Ann Frygman Rogers.
Jessie was strong, brave and fierce in her fight. She was a personal banker for many years, but relished playing trivia, listening to music, doing crossword puzzles and most of all, spending time with her son and family.
Along with her parents, left to cherish Jessica's memory is her beloved son, Ethan Sean Gilleland; her twin sister, Jamie Hayner and her husband Robert of Myrtle Beach; her brother Nicholas Rogers and his wife Kristin of Myrtle Beach; niece, Olivia Rogers, Ashley Bunnell; nephews, Jacob Rogers, Jack Hayner, Matthew Hayner, and Robby Hayner; the father of her son, Kristian Gilleland; her in-laws, John and Diana Elliott; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and a large, extended, loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers we are requesting donations to Ethan's college fund. He was always her number one priority.

You will be missed forever Jess. I will always remember you and your ability to make me smile. I'm in complete shock, and I'm at a lost for words. I wish this tragedy never had happened you and your family.
You deserved so much more in life. Rest in peace, Jess.
Love always and forever - J.

I am so sorry to read of the loss of your beloved Jessica. I too have lost ones dear to me in death and I have found great comfort in the words of Jesus recorded at John 11:11-14. In those verses, Jesus likens death to being asleep. At John 5:28,29 he makes the promise that “All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” For more on this topic, type the following URLs into your browser to read or listen to the Bible’s answer to the question “Can the Dead Really Live Again?”: tinyurl.com/mezwv23 and tinyurl.com/jyp4yl4.
